For a quick refund or a different size, please use the on-line procedure:

• Access your account,if you created one when you made your purchase, select the procedure by clicking on “Return/Different Size > REQUEST NEW RMA”: Select the order, followed by the article or articles > indicate the request.

• If you didn’t create an accountwhen you made your purchase, contact customer services at shop@ojworld.it

Article packaging

You’ll find the returns label inside the box. Place the articles in a box, possibly the original one you received them in; stick the returns label on the outside of the box and close it, making sure it is sealed properly.

Shipping articles

Choose how you intend to return the product: 

• Using a UPS/Mail Boxes Etc. collection point You can find your three nearest UPS Points directly on the returns label or by visiting https://www.ups.com/dropoff

• Scheduling collection from the comfort of your own home. To schedule a collection date and time, call  03457 877 877

Refund or Different Size

As soon as the returned article has reached us and been checked by our warehouse staff, you will be refunded or a different size will be sent to you.
